I just got off the phone with James Duff and was told that the Ranger lift was discontinued. I didn't ask why.

I guess my decision was made for me. Skyjacker here I come.

BTW, where are the best prices for a Stage 2?

Well, I thought they'd still have some lifts left in stock but not now. They moved to the south from Washington state a couple months ago & were going to concentrate on early Bronco stuff. Looks like they let alot of people down.

Here's a thread about it (http://broncoii.org/fordforum/index.php?showtopic=14013&hl=)

They still have the RBV lifts on their suspension page. It would be strange for them to get out of the RBV biz since their only major competition is Skyjacker and Rough Country.

It's here. I am looking at my new Skyjacker 6" class 2. I got it on line from 4 Wheel Parts for $1095. The cool thing is that I got a $200 gift card for buying it on line. So I really only paid $895. I will buy shocks or brake lines with the card. The bad thing is that the box was damaged in shipping and some paint was chipped off but no damage to the parts. I called them to report the damage and after a long hold I suggested that instead of sending it back for exchange they should give me a gift card to make up for it. The salesman give me a $50 gift card to reduce the overall cost to $849! Now it's time to do the install.......

Mine cost more than that back in '01.

Is that your Christmas present to yourself? :D

Now there's a man that knows how to plan things :D

It was kinda strange when I bought my lift, tires, gears, lockers, etc............. all of a sudden, my wife wanted new furniture  I couldn't tell her no after all the green I spent on my truck or I woulda heard the "You're such a selfish bastard" (which I am but that's beside the point) line. So I figure..........if I ever get another truck & lift it, I better plan on some more new furniture or something else she wants.
