Recently I’ve noticed my truck sitting slightly higher than similar trucks that I park next to. Though I’ve never looked and compared my suspension to another, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if I have a small lift when looking at these photos, thanks.

It looks like the factory lift block that come on 4x4's of the day. The coil spring looks like the factory one too.
Those era of Ford trucks were always a tad taller than the other brands anyway. Comparing yours to the newer trucks.......those would be lower than yours because there wasn't as much concern for a lower center of gravity back then, but there is now. Feel fortunate that you have a stock height truck that has more clearance than newer ones that people pay big $$$ just to reach what yours was stock.

Yepp. Looks stock. My 79 has similar factory blocks between the rear springs and the axle housing. The 73-77.5 trucks sat higher and had a narrower frame than the trucks from 77.5 and on. usually about 1-2.5 inches taller

Really isnt any more ground clearance because its using blocks over the axle, the axle is the same height off the ground, the truck just sits higher, but there is alot more wheelwell clearance.

Thanks for all the great information. I never knew that these trucks sat so high from the factory. I was also wondering if there is any easy way to bring the front end up to closer match the rear? Is it normal for the front to sit 2.5in lower than the back? I ask because the last time I changed my oil, the oil filter had a dent in the bottom where the front differential came up and hit it. It was the first time I used the recommended Motorcraft filter and it appears to be slightly longer then the others. I also noticed that my drivers side front axle rubber bumper is missing (probably why it was able to hit). Just wondering what I can do to make the truck look “level” as she slopes to the front quite a bit.

Yeah, that missing "Bumpstop" is why your filter was dented. Your year of truck also had a "Rake" (lower in the front) designed into it but I'd be willing to bet the front coil springs are sagged a little. A new pair of stock coils should bring you up about an inch in front.
