Spring Creek claimed a truck today. It was Jesse's (Digger) friend Cassidy. He was at the last RMFTC Chinamans run this year. Nice guy & I felt real bad for him. He took it real well though, probably better than I would've took it

We had 10 rigs planned for the run. 2 Jeeps, 3 Yotas, 5 Fords. There were 4 Fords that ended up finishing the run. One Jeep couldn't even make it to the meeting place at Downieville, the other one broke the rear track bar & had to turn around. Too bad Cassidy's Yota got damaged, he coulda finished the trail no sweat if it wasn't for the little mishap.

Here's some more pics

Well the first 100 yds took 4 hours to complete. Three trucks made it to the top. One successful, but scary accent, one near roll, and one flop. A few of us called it a day after that.

Hey I want to thank everyone for letting me tag along ...Jessy did a great job winching the toy .Very safe and secure .I was impressed with the level of your expertise.
I learned a thing or two about hydro lock and how to deal with an overturned vehical <Very Important lesson ,I think !!Removing the oil from the Intake and the cylinders before attempting to start the vehical so as not to do any damage to the engine .
Spring Creek is a tough trail indeed very challenging and exciting I had a great day ,And Larry Thanks to you for orginizing this event for us. I haven't had that much fun since I was a kid.If you got any pics of the BII Id love to see them .sparks or not LOL ,Woo !!Hoo !!I am looking forward to the next time .

I would say that the sparks from your front wheel was really spectacular. Not to mention the wheel stand  to go over that obstacle. Thanks to all you guys again for the help going through the "Garden" with only minor damage.

I am already planning the lift and lockers for the future......
