Remember the Hi-tech 33's I ordered like 6 months ago, but cancelled when I found the 35's? Well, they seem to have not gotten my cancel request and the tires are on their way here. (You can imagine my surprise when I checked my bank balance and there was almost five hundred dollars missing.)
Anyway, the total charged to my card was $470. I'm just testing the waters to see if anyone would be interested in buying them for what I paid since I already have the tires I plan to put on the Explorer. I figured I'd try here before I put them on Craigslist. (I learned my lesson with the camper.)
Anyway, they are 33x12.50 15 with the D-mud tread with spacer and the green diamond stuff that is supposed to make them better in the snow.
I'm not looking to make a profit, just get what I paid for them.
Thanks, let me know if anyone is interested

Hell, if they were 35's I'd keep em. I guess I could put them on the stock rims as snow tires. But we don't get enough snow to bother with snow tires anymore.
I have an idea...
You know how when someone is doing something that is unhealthy, the friends and family will stage an "intervention" and ambush the person to try to make them change their ways and act right?
We could stage an "Intervention" with Matt!
He'll wake up one morning to find a letter on his door saying we don't agree with the choices hes made lately and we feel we had to do something to compel him to rethink the way he has chosen to live his life.
Then he walks out to his "stock" explorer and finds a set of 33's on it and his "stock" tires gone. He can't drive it until he does the body and TT lift and the PIAA people welcome their wayward son back into their arms...
Its for the greater good... Sometimes when you see someone making bad or hurtful choices, you just have to act... If he was shooting up in the bathroom we could let it go... But a stock vehicle... Its just wrong I tell ya!!! W-R-O-N-G!!! :-)
Ok, Seriously it'll probably be at least a week before they get here. If anyone wants them, let me know. If not I'll put them on Craigslist or try to pawn them off on a co-worker or something.
Do you think they'd be ok in storage for a year or two? I'm still collecting parts for the trail buggy... Would 33's be too small for it? Hmm... Besides, who needs money when you can have a bunch of crap piling up in the basement for a project that may never get started. :-)
