I think I may have found a guy from colorado4x4 that a lot of members say does real good work, but wanting to see if anyone here has a friend or something that does them.

Hirolln, decent prices? Can you get me the "buddy" discount? LOL. It will probably be a few weeks or months unless there prices are real reasonable. I'm doing an armband with two dog paws above the band.

I will do what I can. Let me know one saturday when you have some time and we can go down there and chat with them. Make sure you bring in what you want done( if you have a drawing). The best thing to do is go in and make an appointment (sp?) for a night during the week because everyone on earth just shows up on weekends to get something done. BUt anyway let me know brother! and on second note they are among the best( if not the best) in town, Tom the owner is very highly regarded in the business. If you would like to see some of their work let me know next time I see you I have a few done by both of them.

Yeah I've got a drawing of it already. Basically I want this all in one line wrapped around the arm:

But once I find out how much the paint job costs me and how much extra I have for the tattoo I'll go down with ya.
I've heard wrapping all the way around the arm hurts real bad, but I guess its worth it, LOL.

Where is this place at?

I've had work done up in Fo-Co, and down in Denver, but if you have a good person in Broomfield, I'd love to check them out. Much closer for the next time I get approval from the pentagon (see - Wife). Not really worried about the discount, as they have to make money somehow too, but I'd love to find someone with talent who works close.

As for hurting - When I had my band done, I broke the arm off the chair. Luckily the shop owner was gone for the night, but I laugh about it every time someone tells me tattoos don't hurt. But, the other 3, and the portion which wasn't right under the pit hurt less than having my ears pierced.

So what's it say Matt?

It says "tray is too damn nosy" LOL j/k.
It says
"A dog is a friend for life. A dog is a soulmate"
Can you tell I am a dog lover? :)

Tray,
they are right off of wadsworth and 120th in that tiny shopping center down from great scotts directly next to the laundymat!

Matt,
You would love my house I have 3 big ones ( dogs) a yellow lab, Black lab/husky mix, and my Siberian husky!
By the way is anyone looking for a great adult dog? My black 5yr old black lab(female) does not get along with my other two male dogs. I had a huge vet bill a while back because of a huge fight and now I have to keep her pinned up on the side of the house ( it kills me to keep her there) she is the best people dog ever just doesnot like other dogs much. I will give her to any good home if someone knows of one.

Is she the aggressor or the aggressee? I have a 7 yr old female dalmatian, and a 4 yr old male cat (the bully).

Has she been around kids? Young ones? How is she?

I'll mention the possibility to my wife to see if it would even be an option.

Tray,
She is the agressive one. She likes kids but I dont recommend her being around another dog at all. She would be great for a single family with no pets. If anyone knows of someone fitting this criteria let me know. And of course I would take her back if things dont workout.

Hirolln, wish I could help out there. Unfortunately my dog is a little aggressive sometimes too and I only have a one-bedroom apartment, not enough room :(. I'll keep my ears open for anyone looking though.

If you want, you could send or post some more information, and I'll have my wife post it at her hospital. She's a nurse in the Neonatal ICU (translation - 2 to 5 pound super duper sick babies). Needless to say, her co-workers are all extremely nice, caring, and unselfish people. Shit, you'd have to be to do all of that for such little paychecks.

I know she has mentioned a few people looking to rescue a dog, especially after hearing the stories of our last two, so I'm sure there would at least be some interest.

In a strange twist of events, we just hired a new installer whos got a tattoo shop in one of the bedrooms of his house, does it for fun mainly, but hes done a lot of his own tattoos and they look AWESOME. So I'll probably let him do it.

Just found this message board and... if you haven't gotten your tattoo yet, check out "That Scary Place" off of Colfax & Chambers. Can't remember their number off hand. However, my hubby got his there and the owner, Chet, is awesome, so is Chris, the guy who did hubby's tat.
