Details
Date: Saturday, December 10th
Time: 4:00 until whenever your out of money
Location: Fuddruckers in Thornton, then on to Dave and Busters
This is only a few weeks away! (holy crap is it almost mid-November already?)
I know you are probably thinking "why so far away from Christmas?" Well, Christmas falls on a weekend this year, and the weekend before people are typically out doing last minute shopping, etc. and the weekend before is the 10th. Hopefully that will work for everyone.
We will be meeting at the same place we met at last year, The Fuddruckers in Thornton (about two blocks east of I-25 on 120th). I was asked by managers to either get there before the dinner rush or after it to make sure reserving the tables wouldn't be a problem. Since we had talked about a cruise over to Dave and Busters afterwords, figured it would be better to do it a little earlier rather then a little later.
As with last year, if you want to bring a white elephant gift, we'll do a gift exchange at the same time (I promise to bring something better then an RMFTC hat this year!) but since we are all watching budgets, lets all keep the gifts under $10.
Everyone will be responsible for their own food, so if you dont want to eat, its a free event! One of the features of Fuddruckers is everyone pays up front so no dealing with the bill later.
Hope everyone can make it!!! Please RSVP here if you think you'll be there so I know about how many tables to reserve!

I'm there!
Amy and I should be there. I know there's another party we're going to already scheduled for that evening - but we should at least be able to make an appearance at Fudd's for a bit of grub... :D

Im In
I won't be at Fuddruckers, but I'll probably see everyone at D&B.
My wife's work somehow picked the same night for their party, so I'll be at Que Bueno instead. But she mentioned they were working something out for D&B, so we'll be heading there afterwards.

Just as a reminder, since there might be some new folks here that dont know everyone, it might be good to wear your RMFTC nametags/lanyards (those that have them and havent lost them yet). If you need one let me know.

yup, Fuddruckers is always good quality food and RMFTC folks always make it fun :). Thanks to those that made it out. As much as I love my new karaoke machine, I believe I'll be re-gifting it at the company christmas party, LOL.

Before you get rid of it, we need Chris to video tape you using it. That way we can add it to the collection with "Dance White Boy" video.

Well, I had a big blonde moment!
I thought it was at 6:00pm for some odd reason. Didn't see anyone there so I ended up going to Village Inn to eat instead and went to a buddy's house in Arvada and hung out and party'd.

mattadams
12-13-2005, 07:11 AM
yeah I dont think that is going to happen :).
Im trying to remember who all was there, I think there was abotu 13 or 14, like Jeff said. A lot of excuses, LOL. I was suprised how many people said they thought it wasn't at 4. Ahh well thats alright. Burg, sorry you drove all the way down and missed us. Must've only missed us by a few minutes, we left about 5:45 or so and Dom/Jen and Me/Courtney headed over to Dave and Busters and played for another few hours. We were going to go bowling, but it was a little on the pricy side.
UrbanCowboy
12-13-2005, 07:54 AM
You know it's bad when you consider something on the Pricy side and end up at Dave and Busters. ROFL
mattadams
12-13-2005, 07:59 AM
I dunno, bowling was $5.50 per person per game plus shoe rental. Figure between Courtney and myself we spent $20 at Dave and Busters and that lasted us several hours. (not including alcoholic beverages) :).
