I've decided I"m not going to be reinstalling these on the truck once its done. They look cool and all, but just not what I really want on the truck right now.
They are go-rhino taillight covers, and I had them Line-X'ed (cost about $45-50) for rust prevention, looks, durability, etc. Each one attaches with 4 screws (requires drilling) but the screw holes are hidden by the tailgate, no body drilling required. They can be seen here:
