license plates

OK, I ran into a guy I haven't seen in years at the car show last weekend. Turns out, now he's making custom vanity plates!

I sent him an email and a file containing the RMFTC logo to see if it was something he could handle, what kind of minimum order would be required, etc. He's supposed to get back to me.

Was wondering how many people would be interested in something like this? They can either be plain with just our logo, or he can put them on a background resembling actual plates from any state.

Also, if this works out, I'd foot the initial bill for it (give poor Matt's wallet a break for once) and just get reimbursed by selling them. As Matt does, I would charge what I get charged and not take a profit for them.

all that I'd ask is, if this goes down, to have as many as possible pre-paid for to help ease the pain lol you can understand

that's what I did with the t-shirts, just had as many people pre-pay as possible to avoid the potential problem of people backing out after sayign they wanted one, yada yada.
