I knew it was going to happen... all last summer itw as "drought drought drought, when are we going to get some rain" and its already the leading news story "When will it stop raining? We don't need all this rain. I hate the rain. Rain rain go away, bla bla bla."

I'm starting to hear the same thing about too much rain. I did not look today, but as of yesterday, we are only a 1/2 inch above normal for the month of June. We are still almost 2 1/2 inches behind for the year. Bring on the rain, I'm having run playing in the puddles.

yeah and with all this rain, they said one of the main reservoirs in town increased from 83% to 84%... ooh boy! The drought is over! ROFL.

The media has to sensationalize evrything, its their job. I actually find it funny how they play so much into every little thing. A story on 9news this afternoon about a girl trying to get her learners permit today (a day before her 15th birthday) because the law changes tomorrow that you now have to have it for a year instead of six months. Doesn't she have to have it for a year this way too? DUH!!!!
