View Full Version : Its official, the hood has been ordered

FINALLY! I ordered the FFI (fiberglass fabricators inc.) hood over ebay, and can't wait for it to arrive :). It's being delivered to the shop doing the work for me and hopefully will be installed and painted before too long, eh? :). Heres some pictures of the hood:

They also make a functional version of the hood, but because my truck will still be used occasionally for off-roading decided against this. The two small holes are open, bu the larger hole is "sealed"

Looks sharp Matt. When are we going to be able to see some of this work start to take shape?

hopefully in a few weeks, depends on the body shops schedule and how much time I am able to spend working with them.

In addition to the hood... I never thought I'd install Carbon Fiber ANYTHING, but I saw these and I think they are going to match the new paint well. We will see. They look kinda ricy so I hope they look right on the truck, I wanted aftermarket since I'm replacing mine anyways (they're damaged, not so bad I can't use em but bad enough I dont want to reinstall em). I'm removing the taillight covers so if anyone wants them, let me know.
