I heard a statistic once that for every inch you are over average height, you can expect to live approximately 2-3 years less then average. So if the average height of a male in this world is 5' 8" (or something like that), I'm 6' 8" and I just had twenty years taken off my life span. Every person on record that was over 7' 2" has died before turning 35 (according to a show on the Discovery Channel I watched about it). Sadly, the tall community lost another one.

From 9news.com...
Actor Matthew McGrory has died at 32. The deep-voiced 7-foot-plus actor moved from appearances on Howard Stern's radio show to a high-profile role as a gentle giant in "Big Fish."

Director Drew Sky says McGrory died Tuesday at his home in Sherman Oaks. Sky was working with McGrory on his current movie, a biopic of wrestler-turned-actor Andre the Giant.

Los Angeles police say paramedics determined the actor died of apparent natural causes.

McGrory had size 29 and one-half shoes and for years held a world record for biggest feet not caused by elephantiasis. The title led to his apperances on Stern's show and other attention from the national media even before he became an actor. He attended law school and showed up in music videos before starting his career in Hollywood B-movies.

McGrory played a human sasquatch in 2001's "Bubble Boy," an alien in "Men In Black Two" (2002) and Tiny in the Rob Zombie horror movies "House of 1000 Corpses" (in 2003) and its sequel released this year, "The Devil's Rejects."

No need to be so optimistic Matt, the math clearly shows that you will die 24-36 years before the rest of the 5'8"ers.... LOL...

If that's true, I should live to be 110. LOL
So, Matt, Does your successor get your truck or should all us midgets bring socket sets to your funeral to scavenge parts? LOL j/k

I guess it affects your math skills too.
