A few of you know that I went through one of the Group Buys over at FTW, before Christmas, and had some interior pieces refinished by a company called Phoenix Imaging. Some of you know that it was also a frustrating experience and Cory had to listen to my vulgar filled tirades at work when things were not working out. Well the final pieces were at the house when I got home tonight.
I will say that I'm pleased with the final product, but would I do it again? Probably not. Money was not an issue, it was expensive and I don't mind paying for a good product. I think Phoenix Imaging is very unorganized and their communication with the customer was awful.
