I picked her up in AZ about three weeks ago. She's a 1992 Infiniti Q45. Its a 4.5L V8... She's an excellent highway cruiser... She's already got a Stillen (Jim Wolf) ECU, Stillen (K&N) intake and Borla Catback exhaust. I've since added a 20mm rear swaybar, I'm waiting for a front strut tower brace that I ordered, that should be here early next month. I've also ordered a new Autopage alarm w/remote start and hope to start working on the audio system in September.

It looks great! Now, this is strictly for family road trips like you said, right? The new sway bar is there so the car stays level on mild turns so the kids don't spill their cherrios or drop juice boxes.

No open containers in the car!!! I bent the rule the other night, BARELY... I let Brian take a sippy cup with water in it... Mind you its the kind of cup that you actually have to suck on too!!!

we'll see how long that lasts, when your on a road trip, Brian is screaming his eyes out because he wants Cheerios and you say "no it'll damage the leather!" and he cries for another hour or two... lol.

I guess I could slide on cheerios, they can't hurt the interior other than crumbs... But nothing that can stain!!!

I know how you feel. I have a no eating or drinking policy for the Explorer. The boys can have water bottles (the sippy cup kind) but no juice or food of any kind. If we get hungry or thirsty, we stop. Its not easy sometimes but its better than having a trashed car.

Next Rest Stop: 78 miles
So for 78 Miles: "DADDY! DADDY! JUICEBOX! JUICEBOX!"
I just have to laugh, we had no such thing as rest stops on vacations when I was a kid. If someone had to go to the bathroom, they had to hold it until we stopped for lunch or stopped for gas. Otherwise, we had to hold it. It was good, it taught me good urine management.

Thanks Heath. I haven't gotten that way with the creampuff yet. It's kinda hard to keep a straight face when you tell someone they can't eat or have a soda in the truck when you're sitting on a phone book to make up for the seat cushion being broken down. "Don't open that soda! If you spill it you'll... Well... You'll stain the rust on the floor boards!"

ABSOLUTELY NO RICE ALLOWED!!!
lol... The benz lives in the garage with a cover on it, and it goes on a trailer for road trips so I can't give you shit about the no juice boxes. Hell, I wont even let kids sit in the MB. lol.... let alone ride in it. Looks pretty nice.

It looks good in that picture. It was hit from behind and most of the damage shows up on the rear Q panel on the other side. The front fender on the other side doesn't match either, and the front coil over assembly seems to be broken as well. Needs lots of work, but runs great and is a blast to drive.

Yeah, I always wanted one too. And if it was too shitty, I wouldn,t have bought it. It does take alot of my time though, and the previous owner was an insurance co. to give you an idea.
