Well, since ive just had this amplifier sitting around in its box since i upgraded last month, i figured i should probably sell it since i wont be using it. I used it for over a year powering first two 200w subwoofers, then a single 1200w sub, and it performed amazingly even when trying to power that massive 1200w sub. Pics are below. $50 o.b.o

Do you know if the connects would match up with a Rockford Fosgate amp.Mine is like 8 years old and i have been looking to get a newer one. If so i will take that from you.

Connections on amps tend to be pretty standard. Power, ground, switch and RCA's. The only time you'd have trouble is if you are running line-level in's or doing a really low ohm setup. Just my $0.02 but you shouldn't have a problem.

ray hit it dead on. most amps, even the older ones, will have power, ground, remote switch, rca, and speaker terminals. dependant on the power of the old fosgate amp, you might need to throw a new power cable and fuse in(i was running 8GA and a 40amp inline fuse).if you look in the second pic, you'll see all the connections that this amp has.
