Hi all.
My family is still trying to get over the passing of my mother last week. However, we know there are certain financial and legal matters that must be handled, whether we are ready or not.
Has anyone in here ever had to set-up an "estate account" with a bank? Or has anyone had to go through the process of dealing with assets when no will exists?
