Well today is Tara's due date... But NADA... We haven't seen much of anything that would indicate that Tara's having a baby anyday soon...

They had to use a crane to lift my fat ass out a month early. My mom said there was no way she was squeezing me through anything when she found out I was over 10lbs.
Good luck Heath and Tara.

I was a tiny baby... go figure.
Yeah, I was almost 2 weeks late, and just under 10 lbs as well. I keep giving my wife a hard time that this one will be just as big, but she doesn't like the sound of that.
Last time we walked around the Flea Market, Ocean Journey, the Zoo, and everything else you could think of to try and help things along. All that to find that she was caught up in the umbilical cord and would never have come out.
Good luck, and we'll all hope for no complications.

Sex can induce labor... just a thought.
My oldest was 2 days late-- the longest 2 days EVER!

Doh! Bummer. Here's some other suggestions: http://www.birthsavvy.com/doula/notes/induce.htm
Seriously, I worked in labor/delivery/postpartum for 4 years and nipple stimulation is used often to help induce or intensify contractions. If she has a breast pump, hook her up, or be more imaginitive... I just gave more fodder for Matt now, I know I know. lol

I'm not sure if I should call you a dumbass or a smartass... Its a tossup!!!
Take your pick. My wife prefers dumbass, or sometimes some even more colorful titles (depending on if the kids are around or not).

LOL I'm sure I'll be on of the first to hear about it... I'll be sure to post something :).
That's one great thing about knowing we're having a C-section. Our appointment is already booked. No waiting and wondering this time.
Be sure to let us all know when you do hear.

dont yell too loud at the baby... did you hear about that lady that blasted speakers into her womb with classical music and educational tapes so her baby would be smarter, and when it was born they found it had extensive damage and was almost completely deaf? Yikes!
