OK, we are now, for the most part, running on our new host. I decided after 3 days of downtime, I couldn't wait any longer. Please be gentle as some things still are in the process of coming back up. Don't yell at me if not everything works at first.
There are many things that just flat out don't work right now... avatars, some of the smilies, the photo gallery, the calendar. I am aware of these, and working on getting them up as soon as possible.

Could just be coincidence but the site already seems a bit faster to me. What hosting company did you finally decide to go with, Matt?

It probably is not a coincidence that it is faster. It's on a better server. A lot more space/bandwidth allowed as well.
Getting the forums up was a BITCH as I expect other things to be as well. I didn't realize it but there is a 1-2 meg limit on restoring SQL databases, and the forum database was 30 megs. I didn't realize this until MUCH troubleshooting, finally had ot break it down into twenty seperate SQL scripts and run them seperately, yada yada... still working on the shopping cart, etc. as well.

Being that I just woke up, this may be old news. I had an e-mail saying Comcast Broadband had increased it's speed nationwide at no additional charge.
Should have just written 1 script to call a bunch of different .csv files. A little late, but I didn't know.

the hard part wasn't running the scripts, it was getting it seperated into 30 seimiliar sized scripts, LOL. But that's alright, it's all finished up.
The shopping cart and the gallery etc. were a problem of a different nature. If I reimported the entire database, nothing would work, so I had to go through and choose which tables had the information I needed (i.e. the item descriptions, order history) but not the tables that were automatically configured by the installation... fun stuff :).
