I'm just curious what we can do to get the board listed with search engines like google, yahoo and the like. I also would like to get the stickers on the move ASAP so that I can stick them to my quarter windows... Hell I'll probably even do a windshield banner!!!

funny you mentiont hat, I was just going through the page and thinking fo keywords to make the search engines search for, such as "Colorado" "Ford" "Truck" etc.
I have already submitted the address to:
-alltheweb.com
-directhit.com
-google.com
-hotbot.com
-lycos.com
-mixcat.com
-altavista.com
Yahoo uses google for web searches now, FYI. If you can think of any others, let me know.
As far as stickers, I'm waiting to hear back from Leanintree's brother to see what we can do for the stickers :).

You do have "Rocky Mountain Ford Truck Club" listed too don't you??? I still can't find it via google... I think you should also list the states like CO, UT, ID, WY, blah blah blah, basically the whole region so that if they try to search w/in their own state too...

Heath, here is the keywords I added:
"Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Arizona, Denver, Phoenix, Albuquerque, Las Vegas, Boise, falls, Salt Lake City, rocky mountain, ford, truck, trucks, f150, f-150, ranger, lifted, lightning, harley, pics, supercrew, photos, davidson, f150, svt, articles, expedition, ranch, king, wheels, 4x4, saxon, install, ranger, explorer, excursion, navigator, f-series, fseries, superduty, flareside, xlt, eddie bauer, f250, f-250, f350, f-350"
Google, and most other search engines, tend to take a little while to update. For those that don't know how keywords work with search engines, search engines look at ALL the words on a website, but it first looks at words you specify as "keywords". Hope that helps.

Interesting, that I didn't know...
$50 is actually not that much. When I was with a small company out of Aurora, we paid something like $100 each month for some service which guaranteed we'd be in the top 5 listings for 10 different search criteria. Was a pretty cool deal, but it's a good thing the guys in charge had a lot of dinero.
How about
Forum
Gallery
How-To
mods
modifications
upgrades
etc...

while $50 isn't much for a corporation, for little ol me to fork out of pocket is a bit much... those are good keywords, I'll add those ASAP, thanks.

Freakin google... I submitted the site like weeks ago, and right now on google if you search for "rmftc" it shows the rmftc.com link, but doesn't let you search by any words or anything. I guess occasionally they do "web crawls" which go out and look for specific words on sites, otherwise its just the addresses, etc. Ugh wish they'd hurry it up LOL.
