Is this a common problem or a major issue?

I pulled my 11,000 lb 5er out of storage this week and got it ready to camp. I ran clean water through all of the faucets and then hooked it up to take it to the dump station. I pulled it about 20 miles when my PSD just quit. I was running 65mph, egt was 850, boost was 6 lbs, tranny was under 150, engine temp on the dash was 1/2 way, fuel was full, tires were at 60psi on both the trailer and truck, 45 degree outside temp, low humidity......anything else needed?

It was quite scary as I lost power steering and the truck would not start in neutral. I pulled it to the side of the road, hit the hazards and popped the hood. I found a few bubbles on my oil dipstick but the temp wasn't up so it couldn't have been too bad. I got back in the truck and turned the key. The check engine light had come on but was now off. It started right up.

I towed from Colorado Springs up the mountains through Woodland Park. That's from 6200 feet above sea level to over 8500 feet above sea level with 6 to 7% grades and had no problems. My Egts got up to 1100 degrees only once but only for a few minutes at the steepest slope. My tranny temp got up to 190 but never over that.

I came down the moutain this morning and had no problems. I pulled into a Safeway parking lot, ok it was a liquor store, to get some essentials and just as I came to a complete stop the engine just quit. I was still in drive and the electric still worked but no engine. I shut it off and started it up right away with no problems. I towed the 5er home without incident.

I think I've heard of this before but I don't remember what it was. Can anyone help?

I posted this at FTW as well.
