View Full Version : What do you think of this banner?

I'm working on laying out a banner for us. It will more then likely be about 5' x 2'. I'm not the most creative individual in the world, so if you have any ideas, that'd be awesome.

Looks ok but I would leave the Maxfund thing out of it unless they are helping to pay for it, looks a little commercial.

There not paying me, we're paying them! LOL. But point noted. I wonder why you can see the image, but its not letting me see it, even though I'm the one that uploaded it LOL.

I can see the image but there's a little square box in the bottom left corner

oh yeah, thats just a layout page, it won't show up on the banner. Adobe Illustrator puts that there so you know what a normal, printable size paper is.

I agree with Greenmonster, leave Maxfund off, other than that it looks good.

I didn't want to be the first to say it but I agree. I Was thinking more along the lines of banner longevity. What if we switch charities at some point or have a falling out because we discover MaxFund does genetic testing :lol:

LOL ok ok point made. I'm taking it off. I'm trying ot figure out how to make the oval in vector format... its pretty hard... but if I just take it from the JPG, it's going ot look "pixelly" on the banner.

ok try the image again. I finally got the logo created in a vector format. Man what a task! The pixelation might not look that bad where it was at but when you figure the image I'm linking is at 10% zoom, it would definately be noticeable on a banner.

Nice vector work there dude. Something's wrong with the circle though. My eyes dont like it but I can't say exactly why. I think it's making me go cross-eyed. Let's see what the next poster thinks.

Something wrong with the oval? Hmm, according to Illustrator its a perfect oval... LOL. I dunno?
